A24d-studiostoreで販売されている商品はすべて24d-studioが神戸市のスタジオラボでデザイン・プロデュースされたものです。厳選された素材だけを使用して造られています。
Q注文から納品までどれくらい時間がかかりますか？
Aご注文確定後、5営業日以内に発送いたしております。在庫がない場合は製作・製造が必要とされますのでお届けまで約2週間程頂きますが、info@24d-studio.comまでお気軽にお問い合わせ頂ければ直接在庫数・納期をご確認できます。

配送について

A商品の発送はゆうパックでのお取扱いとなります。Loops Wood Butterは普通郵便でお送りしています。

返品・交換について

Q商品を返品・交換したい
Aご注文の変更・交換はご注文到着から7日間以内にinfo@24d-studio.comまでメールでお問い合わせください。 不良品・異なる商品が届いた等でお届け商品に不備があった場合、状況を正しく把握するため問題個所の写真をお送りください。確認後に返品または商品交換にてご対応いたします。なお、返品・交換時の送料は当方負担となります。 商品の返品・交換に関しましては24d-studioの同意書なしにはできません。返品に関する同意書をお求めのお客様には25%の返品手数料（リストッキングフィー／再在庫費用）が課せられます。返品される商品は未使用状態でオリジナルパッケージでお送りください。 24d-studiostoreにより直接販売されていない商品は対象外です。送料・手数料はお客様のご負担でお願いします。商品を受け取り確認後に返金をいたします。返金方法購入時に使用されたクレジットカードまたはお客様指定の振込先口座へ返金します。
